ORDERS & SHIPPING

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Atome.

How long will my order take to process?

We aim to process your order within the next working day, excluding public holidays and weekends.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will reach you within 3 to 5 working days from the day of your purchase, if you are delivering to Singapore.

For international orders, please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery.

If your order is taking too long or you have any queries, drop us an email with your invoice number at customerservice@rawbrought.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8725 6066 and we will get in touch with you.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. You will then receive a follow up email once your order has been shipped, including a link that will direct you to the tracking information of your order.

If you need any clarification or support, please drop us an email at customerservice@rawbrought.com, and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so, unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check the information you provide us before you check out.

If you still need to change or cancel your order, we can process it as a return and refund after it has been delivered to you.

What are your delivery options in Singapore?

We offer a Standard courier service. This service is FREE of charge for all local deliveries within Singapore. Delivery time is 3 – 5 working days upon dispatch of the parcels via our delivery partner.

For international orders, please allow 10 – 14 days for delivery.

What are the customs duties for international orders?

All customs duties, import charges and taxes may be charged when your order arrives in your destination country. These charges should be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs when the recommended care instructions are not followed.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. When will you restock your items?

As part of our sustainable practices, we only stock small quantities of our items, and restock only when needed. Please get in touch with us at customerservice@rawbrought.com to enquire about the style you wish to purchase, and we will assist you further.

I am facing technical issues when I try to place my order.

If you are unable to finish your purchase due to technical issues, please get in touch with us at customerservice@rawbrought.com with your order details, your device information and a description of the issue you’re facing and we will get in touch as soon as we can to assist you.

What sizes can I shop for?

All our items come in a wide range of sizes, from XS to XXXL.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?

We really hope you’ll love our sleepwear as soon as you get them, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with what you have received, we have a 14-day return policy (for orders placed from 1 Jan 2022).

Drop us an email at customerservice@rawbrought.com within 14 days of receiving your item and we will arrange for a free pickup for the item you wish to return.

Do note that the pieces must be unwashed, unworn and with original packaging and tags attached.

We do not issue refunds for sales, discounted or promotional items, and underwear.

For regular-priced items (i.e. not discounted, not on sale, not on promotion), we can issue refunds back to your payment method used, or as store credit.

At this point, we are unable to arrange for a return service on international orders, and can only offer refunds and returns for local (Singapore) orders.

Can I exchange my items for another size or colour?

Of course! Simply drop us an email at customerservice@rawbrought.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8725 6066 within 14 days to arrange a pick up, and we will send you your preferred item upon receiving the item for exchange.

Do note that the pieces must be unwashed, unworn and with original packaging and tags attached.

We do not offer exchanges for underwear for hygiene reasons.

At this point, we are unable to arrange for a return service on international orders, and can only offer exchanges for local (Singapore) orders.

Can I exchange my items for another style?

We can only process exchanges for items for different colours and sizes in the same style.

If you would like to exchange your items for another style, we can process it as a return, and you can place a new order on our website for your preferred style.

GIFTING & SPECIAL EVENTS

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. If you would like to add a personalised message, please include it under the Notes section when you check out. We will include it as a handwritten note with your purchase. 

I would like to place a bulk order for a special occasion.

Please get in touch with us at customerservice@rawbrought.com with details of your bulk order and we will assist you further. 

I would like to customise my Rawbought item for a special occasion. 

Thank you for thinking of us for your special day! We only offer customisation for bulk orders for now, but we might open customisation options during seasonal promotions, so please keep an eye out on our channels!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can head here to purchase a gift card for your loved one. Choose your preferred amount and include a personalised message to accompany the gift card and we will schedule the gift card to be emailed to your recipient on your chosen date. Our gift cards can only be redeemed on purchases made on rawbought.com

Can I get a refund for my gift card?

We do not offer refunds for the purchase of gift cards. Please head here to read the full terms and conditions.

I purchased an item with my gift card and I want to return it.

We do not offer refunds on items bought with gift cards. Please head here to read the full terms and conditions.

We offer a free, one-time exchange for size and colour on items purchased with gift cards.

Can I purchase multiple gift cards at once?

No, you can only buy 1 gift card at a time, to be sent to one recipient only.

Can I purchase a gift card using Atome?

No, we currently don’t allow gift cards to be purchased using Atome. Please use Stripe or Paypal to do so instead. 

MISCELLANEOUS

How do I care for my Rawbought items?

If you want your Rawbought items to last, we recommend that you hand wash your garments in cool water. However, you could also place your garments in a mesh bag and use a washing machine with a mild or regular detergent.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs when the recommended care instructions are not followed.

Do you have a physical store?

While the full collection is only available on our website, a curated selection of our signature collection, Je Dors, can be found in-store and online at SocietyA and Siri House Dempsey

SocietyA is located at Ngee Ann City, #03-14A.
Siri House Dempsey is located at 8D Dempsey Rd, #01-02 Dempsey Hill.
